the development of your child’s school experience.  Every membership makes

Two Easy Ways to Join

1. Complete the Online Membership Form and pay using PayPal.

2. Download the printer-friendly Membership Form and return it in your child's

           homework folder with a check made payable to "Sage Canyon PTA".

We hope you will support us by becoming a PTA member. If you have not

already joined the PTA, we urge you to do so. Your financial support goes a

long way toward providing many fun and educational programs for your children. The cost of the annual membership is $25.00 per family which includes

several member benefits.

Our goal is 100% participation. Thank you for your support.
